As Launch Planning Program Manager, you will drive the end-to-end delivery station (DS) launch planning process. Your role is crucial in expanding our delivery network through strategic planning, project execution, and stakeholder alignment.Key job responsibilitiesStrategic Planning• Lead DS site selection, design, and budget procurement • Manage multiple launch projects concurrently• Conduct ROI analysis for strategic investment decisions • Optimize DS performance throughout the entire lifecycleProcess Optimization and Standardization • Develop and implement standardized processes • Set new efficiency benchmarks for the launch planning process • Collaborate with global teams to share insights Stakeholder Management and Communication • Serve as primary POC on projects, facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders• Manage project timelines and provide regular updates to leadership• Navigate regulatory requirements and foster local partnershipsAbout the teamAmazon Logistics (AMZL) is a division responsible for managing Amazon's last-mile delivery and providing high-quality, attractive delivery services to customers. While striving to optimize delivery costs and improve delivery experience, we are focusing on nationwide expansion of Delivery Stations (DS), our final delivery facility, to further expand our logistics network.
