The ROW SHARP team is looking for a program manager. In this position, you will be responsible for (1) rolling out ww features to AMET (2) conducting product benchmark with US/EU/ROW and SIC (3) building inhouse tools when it can't be prioritized by tech team (4) solving UTR system issues during new store, hub launches (tier1) and BAU (tier2).You will work with tech, configuration, business and ops teams to optimize the operation systems. You will partner with product and tech team to drive permanent solve for frequent issues. This is an individual contributor position that requires a strong sense of business and operations, deep understanding of the UTR systems, customer obsession and a willingness to dive deep.
