Responsibilities

• • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance shipping efficiency and reduce costs
• • Manage relationships with carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) and negotiate service agreements
• • Oversee daily hub operations, including staffing, workflow optimization, and quality control
• • Monitor compliance with international shipping regulations and export requirements
• • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to meet KPIs
• • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and drive process improvements
• • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for shipping operations
• • Manage budget and forecast shipping expenses
