Job Description

We’re looking for an Area Delivery Leader to lead our Professional Service (ProServe) Japan Shared Delivery Team (SDT). This Leader will oversee the delivery of ProServe Japan cloud transformation programs across our largest and most strategic enterprise customers, hire and develop bar raising talent, build effective partner delivery capacity, and engage customers and C-Level Executives to provide thought leadership, support pre-sales and guide in-flight projects, and ensure delivery exceeds customer expectations. The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader with deep technical experience, background with IT Management and/or Management Consulting/Services, and experience in Strategic Engagements Delivery, Workforce Planning, and Partner Management. You will report into the APJ ProServe Delivery Director and will partner with local Japan ProServe Leader to guide your direct team of Delivery Practice Managers and delivery specialists.
