The PXT Site Lifecycle Partner is a proactive role that provides support for all site lifecycle events (launches, closures, retrofits) of WWOPs sites by serving as subject matter experts and partners to field PXT. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving PXT functional excellence and process improvement. The role requires ownership, exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and prioritization when handling multiple critical requests. Additionally, a high-level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with leaders is important.Key job responsibilities• Collaborate with all support teams to develop plans and meet business objectives for launches, closures, and retrofits of WWOps sites• Engage directly with HR and Operational leaders to understand business goals • Drive improvements in employees’ engagement through site lifecycle events • Foster the development and growth of lifecycle events • Ability to Deep Dive and develop innovative ideas for process challenges •50-75% of travel requiredAbout the teamThe mission of the Global PXT Site Lifecycle & Business Continuity team is to provide a consistent associate experience, by auditing and supporting business continuity practices at each stage of the site lifecycle, and providing a feedback loop to continuously improve and incorporate better practices.
