• - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field (degree in mba in business)
• - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) (experience)
• - 5+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience (experience, 5 years)
• - 5+ years of data visualization and reports tools experience (experience, 5 years)

Responsibilities

• Track progress across multiple real estate and construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity in project tracking tools (Smartsheet, Excel, or proprietary systems).
• Coordinate due diligence efforts including environmental, zoning, legal, and permitting reviews.
• Schedule and run project meetings, manage calendars, and ensure clear communication of action items and next steps.
• Manage purchase orders, review invoices, and support budget tracking.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce blockers, and drive execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in tools, reporting, and project management processes.
