Real Estate Manager, Global Realty - Mexico
Job Description
Amazon is currently looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Manager to join the team and play a critical role in supporting all facility and property activity across Amazon's Mexico Network. Regular travels within the country will be required.In this role you will support the Mexico team to ensure the timely completion of new transactions as well as asset management of existing sites, including renewals, expansions, terminations, and reconfiguration of existing warehouse space. This encompasses the entire process of working with the local management team in defining the requirements, timelines for site selection, CAR approvals and lease execution. This position also supports the Real Estate team as it related to preparing strategic plans, PMO reports, and special projects. Key job responsibilities• Support the Mexico team to fulfill the overall strategy for maintaining and developing space requirements of Amazon Mexico Warehouse/storage strategy• Develop and implement investment models to optimize investments• Understand the annual Mexico real estate business plan & budget, to support transactions to meet the business plan• Develop regular communications to all business owners including local and central Finance managers, IT, legal, Operations, Facilities and Engineering functional representatives• Ensure the efficient day to day operations of Amazon major facilities, coordinating with local Administrative or Purchasing personnel on all facility issues on an escalating basis• Project Management, working to successful completion within deadlines and on budget and safety• Formulating plans on RE strategy, transactions, management reports and special projects About the teamInclusive team cultureAt Amazon we embrace our differences and we are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion. Required Qualifications

- - Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English (experience)
- - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) (experience)

- - - Experience Managing Capital projects of 3,000+ SQM and $5M+ budget.- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization (experience)
