The Amazon Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) Recruiting team is growing and we are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who shares a passion for hiring the best and the brightest. The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon. This candidate will work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. Key job responsibilitiesScheduling interviews and working directly with candidates and hiring managers, hosting in-person candidates, arranging travel for visiting candidatesUpdating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and emailCoordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materialsIdentifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiencyTesting new scheduling tools and providing feedback to stakeholdersAssisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $40,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $85,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
