In this role, you will manage NA recalls policy, program and metrics end to end. You will own NA policy but drive global adoption. You will identify gaps and drive prevention measures to mitigate risk within your assigned scope. You will lead escalation deep dives and provide updates to leadership via established mechanisms. The successful candidate should have strong business, communication and writing skills, proven ability to influence senior stakeholders via data-driven and actionable insights, and capable of working independently in an ambiguous environment. You will partner closely with Recall Operations to manage the day to day program and continuously improve processes.
