The candidate will need to have a proven track record for hiring, developing and retaining the best talent.Key job responsibilities• Lead projects to drive controllership improvements across the Finance Operations teams• Drive quality control measures to ensure accuracy and compliance in finance operation processes and report the health of service from Quality perspective in an easy yet insightful manner.• Develop, modify, maintain the operational and design effectiveness of Finance Operations process and controls• Identify gaps across end-to-end processes and partner to implement solutions that mitigate risks.• Advise the Finance Operations team by assessing risks and controls.• Coordinate with multiple teams within AP and AR to ensure best practices are followed and implemented• Partner with control owners to facilitate responses to internal and external auditors.• Ensure standardization of Finance Operations policy creation, modification, and maintenance.
