MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLEEmployer: AMAZON DEV CENTER U.S., INC.Offered Position: Sales Operations IIJob Location: Seattle, WashingtonJob Number: AMZ9182375Position Responsibilities:Manage and facilitate end-to-end billing processes within the AWS Billing organization to ensure accurate and timely delivery of billing artifacts to customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and customer support, to resolve billing discrepancies and improve operational efficiency. Monitor and manage the billing lifecycle, from data collection and validation to artifact generation and customer delivery, meeting strict service-level-agreement (SLAs) and quality standards. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize billing workflows, reduce processing time and minimize errors. Leverage analytical tools and dashboards like Power BI and AWS Quicksight to track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for billing operations and provide actionable insights to leadership. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and high-priority issues, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. Support audits and compliance initiatives by developing and maintaining documentation for private pricing processes and procedures.Position Requirements:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
