Application deadline: Dec 18, 2025We are looking for a Sales Operations Leader to join our ASP Data & AI team supporting the GenAI/ML WW GTM organization. The role will partner with an Director WW GTM leader driving GenAI EC2 and SageMaker Services while having other responsibilities that are domain wide. Responsibilities include but are not limited to annual planning, OP1, XBR prep, goal and KPI creation and reporting. Key job responsibilities-Own the business reviews and deep dives to effectively inspect the business across the various functions within Generative AI Sales and Business Operations, including both Go to Market and Technical internal customers. -Drive the continuous improvement of key processes and mechanisms used in the Sales and Business & Operations team, improving the productivity and efficiency.-Provide Key Insights on business drivers-Support annual goals and key strategic initiatives by working on goal design, reporting, inspection, and insights-Lead special projects impacting Generative AI Sales and Business Operations functional areas and across the WorldWide Specialist Organization as a whole.This role will work closely with the Generative AI business leaders and cross functionally with other leaders of operations teams to provide strategic business insights and support business growth and operational excellence. You will design, implement, and continuously improve the optimization process to help and prioritize critical Generative AI business initiatives, while meeting requirements from different stakeholders. The ability to comprehend both quantitative and qualitative data points, connect the dots, and create executive-level content is critical to be successful in this role.
