• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Responsibilities

• - Lead projects and collaborate across Product, Design, QA, and Engineering to build new and innovative application experiences for the Android platform.
• - Shape our product vision and build exciting business and customer facing Android features.
• - Enhance and optimize existing software components to improve reliability, scalability, and flexibility.
• - Diagnose and fix customer-facing issues in our production applications.
• - Provide mentorship to other engineers and help change development processes to increase developer productivity and project predictability.
