We're seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to join our Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Finance team. This role will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and business partnering across AMZL operations, with a particular focus on last-mile delivery networks and operational planning.Key job responsibilities- Lead financial planning and analysis for AMZL operations, including topology planning, capacity utilization, and volume forecasting- Drive last-mile channel mix strategy and financial analysis across DSP, AmFlex, and eDSP programs - Manage financial aspects of new site launches, closures, and capacity reviews in coordination with multiple stakeholders - Support monthly/quarterly financial close processes and reporting - Partner with business teams on strategic initiatives including concessions, micro mobility, automation, and network optimization- Own preparation and presentation of key business metrics through WBR (Weekly Business Review) and MBR (Monthly Business Review) reportingCore Competencies: - Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders - Strong business partnering and communication skills - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment - Strong process improvement mindset
