• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Responsibilities

• Business Finance Support:
• - Use operations finance knowledge and business acumen to build labor strategy with limited guidance and draw conclusions and make recommendations that deliver results, and drive improvements.
• - Collaborate with cross functional teams to create and challenge business requirements for new processes and products.
• - Provide analysis and recommendations to business leaders to support organizational decision making.
• - Proactively identify opportunities to automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes across teams and organizations.
• Controllership:
• - Own the reporting for initiatives, tracking measures of success and reporting risks and opportunities to leadership.
• - Identify and solve complex data integrity issues and collaborate with stakeholders on resolution, insisting on the highest standards.
• - Develop and execute data analysis processes that are scalable and auditable.
• Communication:
• - Intuitively utilize active listening skills to communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner, adjusting your style based on audience, to articulate complex finance issues.
• - Create effective business partnership with Finance Leaders, Operations Stakeholders, Program and Product Managers, manage competing priorities, and provide guidance during unexpected events.
