In this role you will work across the org with many software and hardware teams identifying requirements, prioritizing critical efforts and providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.Key job responsibilities- Lead and conduct complex system-level analyses across multiple subsystems to evaluate design alternatives and optimize manufacturing test infrastructure architecture- Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions for test systems, balancing performance, schedule, cost, risk, and scalability requirements- Develop and implement processes to facilitate communication of system design/architecture with partner teams including contract manufacturers, software teams, and hardware engineering- Lead technical risk assessments and failure mode identification for manufacturing test systems, establishing test strategies and acceptance criteria- Derive and synthesize requirements for system efficiency, operational excellence, and user experience across the manufacturing test infrastructure- Identify and frame needs for analyses that balance impact and feasibility, conducting trade space studies to optimize test system design- Lead collaboration across diverse technical teams (software, hardware, RF) to establish design goals and technical specifications- Propose and implement changes to system architecture that improve performance, robustness, and extensibility- Educate and mentor others on systems engineering best practices and tools, driving standardization across diverse systems- Identify and escalate execution and technical dependencies in relation to schedule, managing cross-functional trade-offs

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
