This team is responsible for building and maintaining the systems that ensure that Twitch can deliver the best possible video experience to Viewers and Creators. You will support a team of software developers and partner with product managers, technical program managers and other engineering teams from across the business. You can work in San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA.You Will- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Video Platform team including responsibility for production systems, team rituals (standup, sprint planning, weekly operations review, etc.) and interfacing with other engineering teams, product managers and technical program managers- Be responsible for the growth, development, and performance management of software engineers under your leadership -Contribute to strategic planning and partner with product managers and technical program managers to develop a strong vision for Twitch’s video platformPerks- Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance- 401(k)- Maternity & Parental Leave- Flexible PTO- Amazon Employee Discount

The base pay for this position ranges from $166,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $287,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
