We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiting Manager to lead a high-performing team of recruiters dedicated to hiring top talent for our Worldwide Amazon Stores Business Units in Brazil. This role will work closely with global partners, and will shape how we think about Talent Acquisition within the country. As the Senior Manager, Stores Recruiting – Brazil Country Leader, you'll be a strategic partner to business leaders, providing talent insights, driving innovative sourcing strategies, and delivering a world-class candidate experience. You'll build and develop a team of recruiting professionals, setting performance goals, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Key job responsibilities- Innovate on behalf of the customer, build unique delivery solutions by analyzing processes, continuously look for ways to enhance and improve hiring plans to meet increasing talent demand.- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, building diverse talent pipelines through creative sourcing approaches.- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, offering deep industry expertise, educating and advocating for Amazon's best-in-class recruitment practices.- Lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and career growth.- Leverage data-driven insights, dashboards, and metrics to measure team performance and drive process improvements.- Partner with cross-functional teams to anticipate future talent needs and develop long-term talent acquisition strategies.
