Salary

Skills Required

• - Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer toolsintermediate
• - 5+ years of experience leading projects related to process improvement, equipment design or layout optimizationintermediate

Required Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field (degree in engineering)
• - Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools (experience)
• - 5+ years of experience leading projects related to process improvement, equipment design or layout optimization (experience, 5 years)
• - Business level English (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• - Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.) (experience)
• - Experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processes (experience)
• - JLPT N4 certification or equivalent (certification)

Responsibilities

• - Develop and improve Amazon Logistics equipment/processes to enhance safety, customer experience, capacity, speed, quality and cost goals
• - Lead multiple high priority projects that involves management of stakeholders from different functional areas
• - Drive standardization by creating and improving design process standards
• - Implement and establish World-Wide best practices
