Responsibilities

• Establishing a framework for delivery capacity planning driven by demand forecasting. Using analytics to predict patterns, including peaks, and develop flexible strategies for scaling operations up or down as needed. The program aims to optimize resource utilization, costs, and improve service levels.
• Success metrics will include improved capacity utilization, cost optimization, and ability to meet demand spikes while maintaining service quality.
