What will you help us create?Key job responsibilitiesManaging cross-functional initiatives, organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations (Transportation, BI, Operations, Finance, etc) and stakeholders.Partnering with key supply chain experts across DGL to lead, support, and influence new business initiatives to help K-Flex scale globally.Building strong partnerships with 3PL operation field leaders to identify opportunities to innovate new technology and scale productively with new initiatives.Analyzing and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and financial drivers.Work with crossfunctional teams and 3PL to remove daily operanal barriers.Driving consistency in operations with network process standardizationEvaluating global warehouse topology and facility design. Conducting WBR/MBR/ QBR with Sr. Laaderhship.Traveling as requiredA day in the lifeThe role requires project management skills and the ability to own and execute strategic, cross-functional plans in support of the global K-Flex team. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
