Required Qualifications

• - 3+ years of leading high performing, technologically savvy teams (experience, 3 years)
• - Experience leading and defining requirements and driving these across diverse organizations (experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• - Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent (degree in electrical engineering)
• - Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production (experience)
• - Experience with the project management of technical projects (experience)
• - Experience understanding of product development process in Satcom Aviation Electronics systems or sub-systems (experience)
• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $213,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Responsibilities

• * Deliver results on complex projects involving cross functional teams across the company
• * Subject matter expert on all regulatory and compliance for Kuiper's aviation product development.
• * Work with stakeholders to define regulatory requirements and product definition
• * Contribute to and influence new product design and architecture
• * Understand current system capabilities and limitations and how this impacts regulatory and complicance
• * Problem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systems
• * Coordinate with cross functional teams to deliver a quality product on time and at cost
• * Drive continuous improvement
• * Flawless execution in delivery of documents and systems to meet and exceed our partner teams timelines.
• *This role will require travel.
