You will then develop services that can automatically trigger runbooks to resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate teams. Additionally, you will leverage machine learning, generative AI, and other advanced techniques to detect anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and predict potential customer impact. We are rapidly expanding and developing a new Network Automation team. We are looking for a senior software engineer to join and lead our new team to develop novel software services that can automate fault finding based on satellite data, automate workflows and operational procedures, and use ML/AI to find and correlate anomalies in the space network, identify root causes, and predict customer impacts.
