Your day involves leading and being a part of cross-functional stand-with stakeholders, shared service owners, security and export compliance while collaborating with engineering leads to address technical challenges. You'll analyze fleet health metrics and compliance data to guide program decisions, present status updates to leadership, and coordinate with external partners like ServiceNow, Siemens, and Poppulo. The role requires balancing immediate operational demands with long-term strategic planning, all within a regulated environment.About the teamYou will be part of the Kuiper Devices & Systems Infrastructure team who is responsible for the lifecycle of service environments for manufacturing and design functions along with ServiceNow at Kuiper. You will lead implementation programs for which the team has ownership in delivery of the outcome with programs ranging from deploying new software to transformation of existing services. In addition, we own ServiceNow for Kuiper for which you will lead implementation tracks along that service’s roadmap. You and your team will play a crucial role in Kuiper's mission to deliver reliable internet globally through innovative device management solutions and automation.

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
