As a member of the team, you’ll need to have the ability to understand the fundamentals of the latest video technology and what it takes to launch large scale video services and features that involve multiple teams within and outside of Prime Video. You will help evolve our architecture with your background in distributed cloud computing while innovating on video technology like encoding. You will drive future technical solutions that will impact how we run Prime Video worldwide. You will also need to frequently engage business, product, and technology leaders and be a strong advocate for our customers.   • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
