We build self-service capabilities to experiment and launch new use cases while making it easy to on-board and manage existing ones all over the world. We are the gate keepers of customer trust by preventing bad actors from doing damage to good customers or scamming Amazon. The problems we solve will challenge the best in terms of scale (100s of billion evaluations) and latency (think milliseconds) while operating at the lowest cost As the Software Development Engineer, you will design, enhance and maintain mission critical systems leveraging best of breed technologies with AI first mindset. Work on systems protecting millions of customers daily2. Design, enhance and maintain various microservices that are part of risk evaluation systems3. Improve onboarding and operating experience leveraging Gen AI technologies4. Reduce time taken and cost of risk evaluation leveraging best of breed industry technologies5. Participate in on-call rotation for critical systems6. Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical approaches, meet timelines with optimal solutions
