You'll be responsible for developing engineering talent, driving technical excellence, and partnering with product teams to deliver organizational goals. You'll also work closely with Principal Engineers to shape technical direction and innovation strategies.A day in the life1. Lead daily stand-ups and team meetings to align priorities and remove blockers2. Review system design proposals and provide architectural guidance to ensure scalable solutions3. Partner with product managers to define technical roadmaps and delivery timelines4. Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members for coaching and career development5. Participate in operational reviews to ensure system reliability and performance6. Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and align technical solutions7. Review and approve technical designs and implementation approaches8. Monitor team health metrics and drive continuous improvement initiative
