Your team will be part of the larger Global App Experience organization, which is responsible developing the apps and supporting systems for Prime Video (iOS, Android, Smart TVs, Fire TVs, and streaming devices).A day in the life• Review client architecture designs for scalability, performance, and customer experience impact• Conduct 1:1s with engineering managers to unblock dependencies and prioritize customer-facing features• Drive quarterly planning sessions on Prime Video streaming experience initiatives• Partner with Product, UX, and engineering leaders on customer experience goals and platform optimizations• Present engineering progress on key initiatives to Director-level stakeholders• Monitor client performance metrics, establish SLAs, and drive continuous improvement• Mentor engineers, lead hiring, and foster innovation in customer experience engineering
