WW Prime UX is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive strategic planning and design operations, with a special focus on measuring design impact overall and accelerating the adoption of generative AI technologies. This role will be responsible for establishing metrics frameworks, optimizing design operations, and leading key programs that enhance our design capabilities through AI innovation. This role will report directly to the WW Prime UX Director. Prime is the world's most valuable membership service. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
