Responsibilities

• - Drive technical initiatives that showcase modern software development practices, emphasizing the integration of open source technologies with AWS services
• - Create and deliver compelling technical content in German and English through conference talks, workshops, and live coding sessions
• - Build and nurture developer communities across the DACH region, with a particular focus on professional developers and students
• - Develop and share best practices for building modern applications using open source technologies and cloud services
• - Collaborate with internal teams to influence product roadmaps based on DACH developer community feedback
• - Create regional content including code samples, architecture patterns, blog posts, and implementation guides
• - Engage with open source communities and maintain strong presence in regional developer networks
• - Work with local partners, educational institutions, and open source organizations to grow the next generation of developers
