The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Responsibilities

• Amazon's vision is to be the world's most customer-centric company, and this role is key to that vision. As a Senior Engineering Program Specialist, you will be leading projects to ever-evolving customer needs for the continual development and innovation of Customer Terminals.
• As an ideal candidate:
• • You are able to identify and solve technical problems related to EMS systems through cross functional leadership.
• • You are responsible for continual improvement of design team standards to minimize execution errors for maximum E and M BOM fidelity and execution of change orders.
• • Working with a team of engineers, business development leaders, industrial design, customer terminal operations, and product integrity, you are responsible for world's high fidelity and speed of execution EMS systems.
• • You lead projects with widespread impact on CT design, innovation and implementation.
• • You decompose complex problems and distill underlying risks and benefits, and identify straightforward and actionable solutions to reduce risk.
• • You work independently and have frequent reviews with business, engineering, software, operations and others.
• • You understand which escalations to resolve independently, and actively facilitate the escalation of high-impact issues to senior engineering and business leadership.
