• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Responsibilities

• Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement cable and connector sourcing strategies for AWS hardware infrastructure.
• Understand interconnect industry and technology trends.
• Identify key technology trends in the industry and drive supplier product roadmaps and execute on strategic initiatives in those products.
• Negotiate and implement complex supplier agreements and contracts by working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop negotiations strategies to deliver against business objectives and achieve sustainable relationship with suppliers.
• Responsible to provide weekly core-team updates, deliver executive level updates on a monthly basis, and will be responsible for vendor escalations in order to resolve any issues related to his/her category.
