Job Description

AWS Training & Certification is looking for an experienced product leader who is passionate about transforming education on behalf of Amazon and its customers. As the Principal Product Manager for the AWS Training and Certification Skill Builder products, you will be responsible for the comprehensive product and marketing strategies that work backwards from the customer, considering learners at all skill levels and across all walks of life. You will envision new ways to solve customer problems, provide innovative learning experiences across modalities, and enable our customers to solve challenging business problems by upskilling their workforce. You will own defining Skill Builder product vision and strategy through deep understanding of customer needs and creative solutions that stay ahead of innovations in learning. You will also work across a team of product managers to align our overall product roadmap and promotions/offers strategy in partnership with product, program, and technology teams. You will work closely every day with developers and scientists to design and create services and technologies that support delightful learning experiences. This role works closely with executive leaders, engineering, science, and customers, and partners with AWS Field and Service teams to enable customers to innovate with AWS technology.The successful candidate must have exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business judgement, deep technical understanding, and demonstrated experience influencing both internally, and externally at all levels as well as proven ability to execute both strategically, and tactically.   • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $179,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $309,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
