• - Lead regular business reviews with senior leadership, presenting insights, recommendations, and progress updates.
• - Develop and oversee complex, network-wide performance measurement frameworks that drive operational excellence and cost optimization.
• - Lead high-impact, multi-stakeholder programs that transform transportation operations and deliver significant business value.
• - Architect and implement advanced analytics solutions to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across the transportation network.
• - Partner with senior leadership to integrate transportation strategies into broader operational and business planning.
• - Drive strategic decision-making through sophisticated analysis and compelling narrative development.
• - Design and implement governance structures for transportation initiatives across multiple business units.
• - Lead change management efforts to implement new SOPs and operational improvements.
• - Influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
• - Represent transportation interests in enterprise-level planning sessions and strategic reviews.
