MX Air ATS is growing, and enabling this requires investment in operations to scale the Air Network.We are looking for an experienced Sr. Program Manager who thrives in dealing with ambiguity and able to independently drive efforts to join the team building end-to-end planning, product design, execution, and support operators for the MX Air Network. This is a leadership role that operates at the intersection of strategy and operations, owning the process from concept until execution. This position involves communication with senior management on status, risks, and change control, owning complex, org-wide initiatives, thought leadership, a high degree of independence, ownership and bias for action, and making decisions. Additionally, this position requires the ability to think big and facilitate long-term research that contributes to a multi-year product roadmap.Strong candidates will be able to understand and influence the development of large-scale, distributed services to drive solutions across multiple teams, have excellent communication skills, a passion for building simple, elegant, and architecturally-sound systems, and drive results. Key job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilities- Lead the creation of comprehensive business cases, in depth analysis, cost modeling, service levels and ROI- Define and drive the strategic road map for product implementation- Conduce operational and compliance audits of air cargo partners to asses readiness, safety protocols, infrastructure and reliability- Establish KPIs and mechanisms to ensure performance - Manage relationship and sub-contracts with 3rd-party solution providers- Perform duties as the business focal to manage and maintain contractual relationships with our partner vendors

- - Practical knowledge of the Full All Cargo Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program (experience)
- - Proven track record of air cargo operations launch (experience)
- - Willing to relocate and travel to any of our Gateways or Air Hub sites in the country (experience)
- - Fluent English and Spanish (verbal and writing communication) (experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience (experience, 2 years)
- - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field (degree in mba in business)
- - Experience in managing an operation lead process improvements though Lean process, Kaizen, and Six Sigma (experience)
- - 3+ years of air cargo/3P integrator ramp experience (experience, 3 years)
