Job Description

The AWS Security Incident Response service team is dedicated to helping customers prepare for, respond to, and recover from security events. We leverage AWS's expertise and ingenuity to establish automated, scalable security incident response solutions that drive superior security outcomes for our customers. Our mission is to provide world-class incident response capabilities and build innovative security automation that helps protect organizations worldwide.In this role, you will be responsible for imagining, designing, and building the next generation of incident response capabilities within AWS Security Incident Response. You will be the voice of the customer within AWS, prioritizing development of new products and features, defining requirements, guiding engineering teams, and building go-to-market strategy. This role will be visible at the highest levels of the company and requires coordination across many internal and external teams.AWS Global Services includes experts from across AWS who help our customers design, build, operate, and secure their cloud environments. Customers innovate with AWS Professional Services, upskill with AWS Training and Certification, optimize with AWS Support and Managed Services, and meet objectives with AWS Security Assurance Services. Our expertise and emerging technologies include AWS Partners, AWS Sovereign Cloud, AWS International Product, and the Generative AI Innovation Center. You’ll join a diverse team of technical experts in dozens of countries who help customers achieve more with the AWS cloud.
