As a Sr Program Manager, FM Continuous Improvement within our Last Mile Optimization team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative strategies for process standardization across our fulfillment network.You'll collaborate with our External Fulfillment, Seller Services and Supply Chain teams to design and execute dynamic processes that can be replicated with operational efficiency. This role focuses on creating scalable and strategic processes that enhance productivity, growth and delivery experience while optimizing our operation across miles.This highly visible position requires someone who can analyze complex data sets to make strategic decisions while managing day-to-day execution of large-scale standard processes. You'll be tasked with developing operational strategies, identifying opportunities for network efficiency improvements, and implementing advanced process methodologies that respond to seasonal variations and regional demand patterns.You'll be responsible for creating data-driven business cases, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and maintaining alignment across various stakeholder groups. Success in this role requires exceptional analytical capabilities to develop and monitor key performance metrics.This role is perfect for a strategic problem-solver who excels in data analysis, thrives in dynamic environments, and can translate complex operational challenges into actionable solutions that drive meaningful improvements in Amazon's global fulfillment operations.Key job responsibilities- Own and manage the long-term strategy for complex cross-functional programs related to process standardization, working with stakeholders across global supply chain, external fulfillment, sales services, and product/tech teams.- Develop and execute integration strategies for First Mile/Last Mile operations- Design and implement scalable operational frameworks focusing on efficiency and cost optimization - Build and maintain strong partnerships with External Fulfillment, Seller Services, and Stores teams- Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups- Partner with executive leaders to align priorities and secure resources across multiple organizations.- Identify and proactively mitigate risks while driving timely decision-making- Create and maintain program documentation, including business requirements, implementation approaches, and strategic narratives- Manage and influence cross-functional teams to deliver results without direct authorityAbout the teamInclusive team cultureAt Amazon we embrace our differences and we are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion.
