You will help with the adoption of these new services and tools as a critical member of the Seller Fulfillment Services Team.In this role you will own the yearly roadmap, OP1/OP2, burndown report and insights to help business & tech make decision for the org. You will work closely with multiple product stakeholders, tech partners and provide the required visibility to the SFS leadership chain. You need some technical acumen, and high judgement to help leaders prioritize, manage trade-offs, and connect the cross domain complexities.Key job responsibilitiesIdentify, design, develop, implement and execute new and existing processes, policies, goals and solutions to increase adoption of fulfillment solution that enhance the overall customer experience.Drive development efforts and manage priorities for project/program completion, including operational solutions.Create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions.Develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance the operational productivity, accuracy and effectiveness when helping deliver performance to customers.Evaluate effectiveness of current or future fulfillment channel performance.Collaborate with other departments to integrate with business systems and processes.Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, supply chain and fulfillment operations.Maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key business performance indicators.Manage cross-functional teams and/or third party-vendors for implementation of project/program requirements.
