Responsibilities

• Key job responsibilities
• 1. Develop and execute partnership strategies with banks, financial institutions, schemes and payment service providers to enhance Amazon Latin America (LATAM) countries payment offerings.
• Secure, sign-up, and manage working relationships with partners such as acquirers, issuers, schemes like VISA, MasterCard, Alternative Payment Methods (APMs), and Third Party Providers (3PPs).
• 2. Negotiate and finalize technical business contracts with banking partners, ensuring favorable terms for Technical Operations Amazon LATAM.
• 3. Drive Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through partners to maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• 4. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Legal, Finance) to align partnership goals with overall business objectives.
• 5. Coordinate E2E technical integrations and Security assesments, monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• 6. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the acquirers, PSPs and payments space.
• 7. Represent Amazon LATAM at industry events and conferences to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
