The Selling Partner Trust and Store Integrity (TSI) org is committed to our vision that bad actors cannot operate in our store while selling partners start and grow their business without fear of disruption, such that customers and selling partners across the globe trust us, and have confidence in the integrity of Amazon’s store. As part of TSI org, the Inventory Trust (IT) team isresponsible for detecting and preventing inventory from bad actors reaching our customers. This team owns programs to stop bad actor inventory from coming into our Fulfillment Centers and also preventing such inventory from reaching our customers. We achieve this by using advanced analytics, ML Modeling, risk mining and working with partner teams, brands and retailers. We are a talented team of risk, program, product, engineering and data analytics experts. We're looking for a Senior Risk Manager who will be instrumental in protecting Amazon's marketplace ecosystem from Organized Retail Crime (ORC). The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep investigative experience, capable of building and scaling sophisticated detection programs to combat bad actor networks. We need someone who can navigate complex stakeholder relationships, from internal teams to law enforcement agencies, while developing innovative solutions to stay ahead of evolving bad actor tactics. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on marketplace trust and safety, working at the intersection of e-commerce, risk management, and law enforcement partnerships. Key job responsibilities- Lead complex investigations into suspected ORC networks, including data analysis, pattern recognition, and coordination with law enforcement. - Manage relationships with industry partners and law enforcement agencies to share intelligence and best practices around ORC prevention. - Lead strategic initiatives to detect, investigate, and mitigate Organized Retail Crime risks across Amazon's selling partner ecosystem. - Develop and implement sophisticated detection models and investigative frameworks to identify supply chain risk. - Partner with internal teams (Legal, Public Policy etc.) and external stakeholders (law enforcement agencies, retail industry partners) to combat organized retail crime.

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
