Amazon Ads is seeking an innovative, results-oriented professional with an excellent understanding of the digital advertising landscape to design, plan and execute operational strategy in support of the evolving Amazon Ads business. This person will act as a strategic partner to US Large Customer Sales Leadership, responsible for driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional initiatives, and enabling effective decision-making processes across the organization. The ideal candidate is an excellent writer and communicator, a strategic thinker who works effectively with limited direction and is known for exercising impeccable judgment. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
