• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $151,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $261,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Responsibilities

• As a Software Development Engineer in Machine Learning, you will:
• * Enhance the scalability, automation, and efficiency of large-scale training and real-time inference systems.
• * Pioneer the development of LLM inference infrastructure to support next-generation GenAI workloads at Amazon Ads scale.
• * Work closely with applied scientists to optimize the performance of machine-learning models and infrastructure, and implement end-to-end solutions.
