The Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) Foundations team is looking for a passionate, talented, and inventive ML Engineer with strong machine learning background, to lead the development of industry-leading technology.As a Senior ML engineer within the AGI team, you will be responsible for leading the development of novel algorithms and techniques to advance the state of Large Language Model (LLM) training. You will leverage Amazon’s heterogeneous data sources and large-scale computing resources to accelerate development of multimodal Large Language Models and Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Applied Scientists on LLM reinforcement learning experiments and techniques to build automated training workflows.Key job responsibilitiesThe ideal candidate is passionate about new opportunities and has a demonstrable track record of success in delivering new features and products. A commitment to team work, hustle, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners) are absolute requirements.
