Job Description

This position supports Amazon's Work Authorization service, providing daily subject matter expertise, customer support and process improvements in the the US) for our Corporate lines of business. The role is responsible for operating against and improving standard operating procedures and meeting relevant customer metrics. These include but are not limited to project intake resolution and customer query SLAs, continuous new hire compliance defect reduction and an improved employee experience.Key job responsibilities• Act as a subject matter expert for candidates, employees and business partners in the USA and respond to customer queries within SLA.• Create and improve standard operating procedures.• Manage new work customer intakes from various business stakeholders.• Operate and improve standard operating procedures to deliver new hire compliance defect reduction.• Operate and improve standard procedures to deliver an improved employee experience.About the teamThis role can be based out of Arlington, VA only.

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $57,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $123,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
