• - Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, MBA, or related field (degree in supply chain management)
• - Experience managing sourcing operations in industrial, aerospace, or automotive industries (experience)
• - Six Sigma certification (certification)
• - Experience with lean manufacturing principles (experience)
• - Strong negotiation skills and contract management experience (experience)
• - International sourcing and supplier management experience (experience)
• - Track record of implementing supply chain optimization initiatives (experience)

• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Responsibilities

• • Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for raw materials across manufacturing operations
• • Lead supplier qualification, selection, and relationship management processes
• • Optimize inventory management strategies to ensure production continuity while minimizing holding costs
• • Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes and cost reduction initiatives
• • Manage and analyze supply chain metrics, KPIs, and performance data
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Engineering
• • Lead risk management strategies for supply chain operations
• • Develop and maintain supplier quality management systems
• • Drive negotiations for complex supplier agreements and contracts
