Its mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world, and we’ve designed the system with the capacity, flexibility, and performance to serve a wide range of customers, from individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.The Kuiper team is looking for a Sr. ASIC Supply Chain manager to ensure ASIC Clear to Build for Satellite and Customer Terminals as well as for a special project's executions.Key job responsibilitiesThe Sr. ASIC Supply Chain Manager is responsible for all activities related to order fulfillment, from forecasts to delivery, including day-to-day communication and management of the components suppliers globally. This person has a business orientation and is responsible for working within the local and remote Operations team driving order fulfillment.- Liaison with Kuiper Headquarter planning team, Monitoring, managing, and driving the to assure goals/schedules are being met.- Communicate forecast and verify fulfillment from a materials perspective.- Drive solutions to reduce and eliminate any shortages preventing meeting order schedule, including assisting in sourcing of materials as required.- Schedule and host meetings with suppliers in US and/or globally as required.- Responsible for report generation and distribution.- Represent project team in internal/ external program meetings.- Travel required, up to 10%

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
