This role will be responsible for the configuration, development, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our business while delivering a smooth, high-quality user experience. As the ServiceNow Administrator, you’ll manage and configure modules, implement workflows, and provide technical support, playing a key role in driving process automation and enhancing service delivery across the organization.Key job responsibilities- Utilize knowledge of development and service delivery best practices to lead design and development efforts for a team with a security, scalability, and performance mindset- ServiceNow Platform Management: Maintain and optimize the ServiceNow platform, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management modules, ensuring reliability and high performance.- Configuration & Development: Customize workflows, forms, and fields to meet business requirements. Design, test, and implement new configurations and integrations with third-party tools.- Automation & Scripting: Develop and refine scripts, UI policies, and business rules using JavaScript, Glide, and other scripting tools to enhance process automation and simplify tasks.- User Support & Training: Provide technical support to ServiceNow users, troubleshoot issues, and train end-users to maximize platform efficiency.- Reporting & Analytics: Build and manage reports and dashboards, providing insights on platform performance, compliance, and service delivery metrics.- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify areas for improvement, and deliver solutions that align with business goals.A day in the lifeAs a Systems Development Engineer will be expected to influence the business and technology direction of the team.
