• - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership (experience)
• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Responsibilities

• · Apply technical knowledge and hand on creation in AWS' Manufacturing sites to develop automation solutions (robotics, system automation etc.) to drive improvement on quality, cycle time, and reduction on cost
• · In depth understanding of relevant safety regulations for use of robotic equipment in close proximity to workers.
• · Design or provide input to part design to create the fixtures and equipment for robotic and semi-automated systems to aid in manufacturing at lowest cost and shortest cycle time
• · Develop systems and metrics to monitor progress and highlight opportunities of improvement in cost, cycle time, OEE
• · Train engineering and operations teams on new processes and techniques
• · Conducts Kaizen activities for continuous improvement of cost and cycle time
• · Collaborates with cross functional team members to gain knowledge and improve product design, processes, and quality.
• · Work with upstream vendors and downstream customers to optimize the entire value stream and put together joint processes that will lead better cost and cycle time.
