Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.Key job responsibilitiesKey job responsibilities: * Design and implement enterprise-scale identity solutions leveraging AWS IAM, IAM Identity Center, and related services* Lead technical strategy for workforce identity architectures, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments * Provide security expertise and support for customers implementing AI technologies, ensuring secure, compliant, and trustworthy deployments.* Stay up to date with new and evolving AI security threats and mechanisms for defending against those threats, to continuously improve our security guidance to customers. * Create and deliver internal/external training, workshops, and conference presentations on identity security* Collaborate with service teams, GTM, and security specialists to capture and share technical insights* Author identity security best practices, reference architectures, and prescriptive guidance* Design and implement scalable programs and automation tools that amplify identity best practicesAbout the teamDiverse ExperiencesAWS values diverse experiences. - Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The Colorado base pay for this position ranges from $153,600/year up to $207,800/year. The National base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
