You'll work across organizations to define and implement mechanisms that drive startup success through various stages of growth.Key job responsibilities- Define and establish program management best practices for global Startup initiatives, own and develop strategic program frameworks for investor engagement and GTM programs- Create and implement comprehensive measurement systems to track and improve program effectiveness- Design and manage complex programs for:1. Strategic investor engagement (VC, Seed, Accelerator partnerships), 2. Global GTM (go-to-market) acceleration initiatives (Partner co-sell, marketplace programs) and 3.
